BOOKING POLICY

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Deposits are transferable provided your appointment is rearranged at least 72 hours before your scheduled treatment.

• This policy applies to all cancellations, including illness, COVID-19, transport issues, childcare arrangements, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Appointment Changes

Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. Any further changes will result in the original appointment being cancelled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.

Block Bookings

All pre-paid treatment packages and block bookings are non-refundable.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Appointment Confirmation

Appointments must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled automatically.
